I’m Robyn Young founder of Posh Pews.  The calling on my life is uniquely aligned to my gifts, talents and abilities.  My professional background is in the Program/Project Management field coupled with years of experience navigating the corporate culture. I’ve learned that pivoting professionally and personally can create work-life harmony and the Power of the Pivot.

I received my Agile Leadership Certification from ScrumAlliance, Master’s Degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Leadership from Ashford University, bachelor’s in Business Administration from Morgan State University, a Human Resource Management Certification from Atlanta Technical College.

I’m a keynote speaker, facilitator, moderator for industry and professional development events with a focus on navigating corporate culture, personal branding and offer consulting services. I also provide voice-overs for corporate leadership meetings and conferences and TV hosting for local public affairs shows. Equipping and empowering professionals on the fundamentals of navigating the work environment is my purpose.

I love dainty, ladylike things with a pinch of glam, and have an eye for the simplicity of quality fashion and style.  I have a boutique consulting business providing services on the Power of the Pivot ranging from coaching to lifestyle development strategies.  My mantra is to live my best life NOW!
